Others often boast market stats. They appear very confident in stating factually “the average sales price…”. Have you ever stopped to assess what that means? We have, and it is trash!!! That’s right, we’re agents stating that “average sales price” is garbage. Why?
Try going to a grocery store and loading your cart. Then determine what the average price per item tells you about grocery prices… Not a damn thing! And if you vary the items your next trip, it has less bearing still. Yet here are agents en mass suggesting that they are giving you sound insight by regurgitating useless stats. There is a place for that info but it can’t point to anything valuable on it’s own in a market as diverse as ours.
